Friday 28th to Sunday 30th July
This summer the Guild will show for the 55th consecutive year at Michelham Priory, a Grade I listed Tudor house, surrounded by England’s largest medieval moat and replica Bronze Age roundhouses. The house is surrounded by seven acres of beautiful grounds, including the kitchen & physic gardens, a medieval herb garden and moat walk.
Combine a visit to the past with talking to the Guild’s contemporary craft makers, from whom you may buy directly or commission bespoke items.
A wide range of contemporary crafts will be displayed in marquees on the lawns as well as in the Elizabethan barn. You’ll find ceramics, textiles, jewellery, leatherwork, pewter, wood, glass, metalwork and furniture.
Some designers will be demonstrating their skills, so you’ll see several potters showing different techniques, flame worked glass, jewellery making, woodturning, embroidery and quilting.
Extensive grounds and gardens to explore, free parking, food & drink outlets, picnic facilities available and areas for children’s play make an ideal day out.

“The Sussex Guild’s exhibition at Michelham Priory is one of the highlights of my craft visiting year. It is wonderful to see so much beautiful and creative talent in the perfect setting of Michelham Priory”.
