Upload your products

Please use this form to upload your products for the shop. Each product needs to be submitted separately i.e. 1 completed Form = 1 Product.  Please use the Save and Continue Option at the bottom of the Form if you get stuck, so you can pause your input and come back to it later to complete it before pushing the Submit button.

If you find your images are larger than 1MB you can put your images through: Image Compressor Shortpixel

We have found that completing this form is much easier on a PC or Mac rather than an iPad or tablet.

  • About your product

  • Make sure it does not AUTOFILL your name!! This will be the unique name of the product on the shop. E.g. Chicken Bowl
  • This is a brief introduction to your product and should not be more than a couple of lines, it should not be simply a repetition of the product name. E.g. Large Chicken Patchwork Bowl suitable for everyday use.
    Please indicate if the product is a stock (online all year) or seasonal (online for a short period).

    You can select more than one discipline if approriate

    Please also select Xmas if you are selling Xmas themed products.

  • This is the price to be displayed on the shop.

    Remember if postage costs you £5 for a Product then you need to add the 15% commission charge to breakeven. E.g. Use Postage Cost divided by 0.85, i.e. £5 becomes £5.88. You might want to round the price up or down e.g £6

    Do not add the £ symbol just leave as figures

  • Please enter a number from 0 to 200.
    This is the number (stock level) of the Product available for selling in the online shop.
    Please select the delivery method for your Product. Some larger items will be by collection only. You will be sent an email with the Buyer’s details so you can arrange collection directly with them.

  • Please do not use any quote marks in the description just plain text. It may be useful to mention for the description part that it can be written in e.g. MS Word and then cut and pasted to avoid grammar and spelling mistakes.

    This information will appear on the product page on the shop and your place to really try to sell the product. Please include any information about materials, sizes, care etc that you feel is relevant. E.g.

    Handmade and hand decorated.
    Approx. 27 cm diameter.
    Thrown in terracotta clay with a white clay slip.
    For everyday use.
    Dishwasher safe.
    Each item is unique.

    Please use line returns after each sentence to space out your description

  • Photos (square)

    You can upload up to 4 photos for each Product, but it is okay to have just one photo (hence Required for Photo 1 – Primary Photo but uploading Photos 2 – 4 for your Product are optional). REALLY IMPORTANT: Please use naming convention: Discipline-FirstName- LastName-Description-Image1, Image 2, Image 3 etc. for your images. Please add suffix _Winter25 at end of Image Filename i.e. Discipline-FirstName- LastName-Description-Image1_Winter24 . Please upload a photo, it should be a jpeg or jpg and 1200px square. Maximum file size is 1MB

    Here is an example image as a guide for the size.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, Max. file size: 1 MB.

    This will be used as the primary photo in the shop

  • Additional Photos (Optional)

    Here you can upload any additional photos of your product (e.g. different views) you might want to add to your product page, They should be 1200px square and maximum 1MB.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, jpeg, Max. file size: 2 MB.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, jpeg, Max. file size: 2 MB.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, png, jpeg, Max. file size: 2 MB.
