Caroline Brook

Jewellery - Caroline Brook

Jewellery

Caroline trained in Hatton Garden, learning the traditional skills of the master goldsmith. Now working from her Surrey workshop, she creates precious organic themed jewellery. Caroline was featured in Landscape Magazine documenting the making of her Acorn necklace.

About

Caroline enjoys walking in the countryside with her small dog and her work has evolved to celebrate nature with her collections of leaves, flowers and small creatures.

She uses a wide range of techniques including wax carving, lost wax casting, gemstone setting and traditional hand building from sheet and wire. Some elements of her work such as twigs and shells have been found on her walks and cast to preserve their beauty forever in precious metal.

Using mixed metals of silver and gold with jewel coloured gemstones she creates delicate celebrations of nature in precious metal.
