Jewellery - Anna Clark

Jewellery & Silversmithing

Anna Clark has been a professional jewellery maker since 1999. She trained in Canada but returned to her roots in the south-east of England in 2012.  Anna sells her work at the Sussex Guild shows and from her own studio.

About

Anna works in silver, gold or copper with enamel or gemstones. She makes jewellery and small objects such as tiny vessels and vases. Her enamel pieces can be bright with transparent colour in traditional techniques or muted in opaque shades. Anna is inspired by patterns and textures and curvilinear forms. She incorporates them into her work by rolling, engraving, etching or stamping the metal.

Anna often works to commission and likes to design pieces for special gifts. She will design and sketch the piece first before working in the precious metal.
