About
Anna Tilson’s work is nostalgic, whimsical and inspired by a combination of a Victorian boudoir and 1930s tearoom. She scours flea markets and charity shops for pretty vintage china to make her lovely mosaics. Carefully selected vintage crockery is used to bring a new quirky slant to mosaic making. Turning old discarded plates and cups left at the back of the cupboard into new precious objects. Items that were once in everyday use are transformed and given a new lease of life.
A range of items is available from small heart decorations and wall mounted pieces through to large mirrors and side tables. Wondering what to do with that pile of crockery inherited from your gran?Commission Anna to make a mosaic with it! Anna also runs mosaic classes from her workshop in Brighton.
